Recien leo en la New Yorker un articulo acerca de la health insurance policy en Estados Unidos, y como desde el año 1915 fue boicoteada por diferentes grupos, convenciendo a votantes de que esta ley era perjudiacial porque en Alemania habia traida destroso a su economia, y habia colaborado con el surgimiento del Keiser.

"Every voter in the state received in the mail a pamphlet with a picture of the Keiser and the words "Born in Germany. Do you want it in California?" ("If you are oppossed to a thing these days" one frustated health-care advocate wrote, "the cheapest way to attack it is to call it "German").

Me recuerda de nuestro actual marketing politico. Si uno iniste con que haya orden, con que la ley se cumpla con castigos a quien la infringe, uno es tildado de facho. nadie quiere ser facho por ende nadie insiste con que hayan un orden con castigos.
